This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to deal with the online application submitted on 26.12.2024, wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and demarcation of boundaries.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 19.04.1996 and also the patta that has been issued in Patta Nos.3104, 1347 and 3102 which stands in the names of the petitioner and her sons and daughters. The petitioner submitted the online application on 26.12.2024 seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the online application made by the petitioner on 26.12.2024 based on the title documents and the patta relied upon by the petitioner and the survey shall be conducted 2/4

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
