This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.13 of 2013 in the Court of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate-Uthiramerur., having been taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 427 & 506 (i) I.P.C.
