ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12654 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
