The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.8590/E1/2008 dated 23.07.2008 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to extend the time schedule fixed for the last date of admission to private colleges under Management Quota granting sufficient time to the private colleges from the last cut off https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous.
