Prayer: Writ Petition filed to filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the representation Nil dated redirected on 9.7.2009 filed by the petitioner for issuing the Patta in his favour and pass further orders.

Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that, subsequent to the filing of the present Writ Petition, in W.P.No.31518 of 2012, he had preferred a Writ Petition before this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, in W.P.No.3441 of 2013, challenging the order of the third respondent therein, dated 6.9.2011, relating to the cancellation of the assignment granted in favour of the petitioner's father.

3. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the present Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
