ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 for willful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.18251 of 2020 on 04.01.2021.

2.Mr.M.T.Irudayaraj, Deputy Superintendent of Police, DCB 1, Villupuram https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ District was present at the time of hearing.

3.Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Villupuram on 10.11.2021 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Villupuram to act upon the final report filed by the respondent police, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
