The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.02.2025 for the offences punishable under Section 366, 376(2) of IPC and Section 70(1), 351(3) of BNS Act and Sections 3, 4, 5(1), 6(1), 14(1), 17 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.7 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
