This petition is filed to condone the delay of 593 days in filing the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The respondent has been served with notice. However, she has not chosen to appear either in person or through their counsel. Therefore, she is called absent.

4. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition this petition is allowed and the delay of 593 days in filing the second appeal is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to list the Second Appeal on 25.04.2016.
