O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.5002 of 2020 dated 10.03.2020, in para 6(iii) that the petitioner/A3 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required, in para-7 (iii) that the petitioner/A1 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders,
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.5002 of 2020 dated 10.03.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the 2nd petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P No.5002 of 2020 dated 10.03.2020, is relaxed. However, he shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Insofar as the 1st petitioner is concerned, the condition imposed by this Court dated 10.03.2020, is modified to the effect that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
