Crl.M.P.No.6900 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.SR.51796 of 2015 G.CHOCKALINGAM, J., This Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 201 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 19.08.2015 made in CMP.No.181 of 2014 in CC.No.279 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial level at Thiruvallur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying the Petition and hence, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the main case, if it is otherwise in order.
