Respondents PRAYER:

Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned Charge Memo in Na.A3/22212/2013 dated 18.4.2015 of the third respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, states that the charge memo issued against the writ petitioner is under challenge in this writ petition. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the disciplinary proceedings were conducted and the writ petitioner had been exonerated from the allegations. In this view of the matter, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
