The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the respondents 2 & 3 in their proceedings Na. Ka.12172/2012/A3 dated 14.11.2013 and 5.12.2013 respectively,and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it appears that subsequent to the orders impugned in this Writ Petition, an order dated 12.03.2014 was passed by the 1st respondent and the same was put to challenge in W.P.No.22416 of 2014. The said Writ Petition is listed along with this matter today and disposed of. Hence, there is nothing to adjudicate in the present Writ Petition.
