Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the orders of deployment passed by the third Respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 6573/B1/01, dated 20.2.2004, served on the petitioners on 25.3.2004, quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents 3, 5 and 6 to retain the petitioners as Secondary Grade Teachers in the 6th Respondent school with salary and other benefits.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the orders of deployment passed by the third Respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 6573/B1/01 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents 3, 5 and 6 to retain the petitioners as Secondary Grade Teachers in the 6th Respondent school with salary and other benefits.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the deployment order passed by the 3rd respondent. While entertaining this Writ Petition, this Court by an order dated 01.04.2004 has granted interim stay if the petitioner is not relieved from the 6th respondent school.
4. Ms.Mahalakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already the petitioner has been relieved from the 6th respondent school on 24.3.2004. Hence, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and order challenged in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a representation to the authorities concerned for claiming benefits for the period worked under the 6th respondent school.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed as nothing survives. No costs.
