This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the presence of the petitioner is required in connection with Crime No.227 of 2014 under Section 174 Cr.P.C. and there are materials to connect the petitioner. He therefore, submitted that in connection with that the petitioner was called for enquiry and there is no harassment.
