The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 144, 294(b), 324, 342, 387, 395, 506(ii) of IPC @ Sections 144, 294(b), 324, 342, 387, 397, 364(A), 120B, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.214 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner aged about 21 years is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that even the name of the petitioner does not find place in the First Information Report and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He also submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court, hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the accused conspired together to commit dacoity and on account of which, they intercepted the de facto complainant, abused him and taken away a sum of Rs.1000/- from his pocket at knife point and also threatened him to give Rs.30 lakhs. He further submitted that there are six accused in this case and the petitioner herein is arrayed as A6 and the investigation in this case is not yet completed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the investigation is at initial stage, this Court inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
