ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceeding in C.C.No.21 of 2007 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, II, Cuddalore, thereby taken cognizance for the offences under Section 147, 341, 323, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceedings in C.C.No.21 of 2007 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore was ended in acquittal. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
