(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the direction of the second respondent to the third and fourth respondents, the alleged encroachments have not been removed.

2. The Tahsildar is required to call for an enquiry to be made and after notice to all concerned, take action in accordance with law, in case encroachment is found. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The action would be taken within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
