This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his property based on the complained dated 05.05.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the incident is of the year 2014. The police protection as sought for in the year 2014. At this length of time, no direction can be issued by this Court.

4. Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
