This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 11.03.2018 registered in acknowledgment slip No.03/2018 dated 11.03.2018 given by the petitioner, investigate and take appropriate action against the accused and proceed in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.
4. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
