ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 18.06.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 342, 323, 302, 506(ii) of IPC @ 147, 148, 342, 323, 302, 506(ii) of IPC, 120(b), 212, & 109 of IPC @ 147, 148, 342, 323, 302, 506(ii), 120(b), 212, 109 & 201 of IPC and Section 5 r/w , 9(b) of Explosive Act, 1884, in Crime No.214 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had murdered the deceased. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 18.06.2021. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner along with other accused persons had murdered the deceased. He further submits that the investigation is still pending and there is a specific overt act has been attributed against this petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has involved in very serious offence and the investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
