ORDER
Heard Mrs.Thenmozhi Shiva Perumal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Divakar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents and with the consent of parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to grant compensation in his favour in respect of the lands which were acquired, by taking into account the succession certificate granted in O.P.No.742 of 2013, dated 25.6.2015.

The learned Additional Government Pleader pointed out that the second respondent, vide communication dated 9.9.2015, directed the petitioner to produce the legal heirship certificate of Mrs.K.Seethalakshmi, who is the sister of the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner should not only produce the succession certificate, but also produce the legal heirship certificate.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to produce the legal heirship certificate along with the succession certificate.
5.In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the second respondent, produce the succession certificate and the legal heirship certificate of Mrs.K.Seethalakshmi and on production of the same, the second respondent, on being satisfied about the petitioner's entitlement, shall disburse the amount, payable under award No.25 of 2012 (Block No.5) dated 25.4.2012, within a period of eight weeks from the date on which the documents are produced. No costs.
