No further orders are required, because, as Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated, investigation has proceeded considerably, primarily, because the learned Counsel for the defacto complainant had, actually, handed over the documents to the investigating officer, as pointed out by the earlier order, dated 03.09.2021.

2. It is also informed that the investigating officer has examined the said documents and is on the verge of filing final report.

3. Recording that particular statement, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
