PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order of the learned VI Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai dated 30.08.2016 made in I.A.No.7196 of 2014 in O.S.No.9151 of 2008.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file an application to request the Trial Court to appoint the very same Commissioner to inspect the suit property instead of appointing another Commissioner.
