DECREE:- This Appeal coming on for hearing on Wednesday, the Ninth day of February 2022, and upon hearing the arguments of Ms.S.Mahalakshmi for Dr.R.Gouri, Advocate for the Appellant, and of Mr.K.V.Babu Advocate for the Respondents 1 &2, and the Respondents 3 &4 not appearing in person or by Advocate, and having stood over for consideration till this day, and this Court doth order and Decree as follows:- 1.that the Judgment and decree dated 11.04.2014 and made in O.S.No.327 of 2010 on the file of the District Judge, District Court No-II, Kanchipuram be and hereby is confirmed; and this Appeal Suit Stand dismissed ;and 2.that the Appellant herein/1st Defendant do pay a sum of Rs.21596/- (Rupees Twenty one thousand five hundred and ninety six only) to the Respondent 1 and 2 herein/ Plaintiffs 1 &2 towards the Costs incurred in this Appeal.
