This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17013 of 2013 in Crime No.1 of 2013 by its order, dated 17.07.2013. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been subsequently arrested and remanded to judicial custody and hence, this Court observed the same and closed the bail application No.1275 of 2015, dated 08.10.2018.
