Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

2. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

3. Time for complying with the conditions ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4385 of 2016, dated 28.04.2016 is extended by two weeks, from the date on which the order copy is made ready, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) by way of D.D. / Cheque favouring "St. Louis Institute for Deaf & Blind"
