2. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs has submitted that as per the directions of this Court dated 22.12.2020, he has deposited the cost before this Court and filed a compliance report to that effect on 23.12.2020 itself.

3. A perusal of the proof of compliance shows that he had deposited the cost of Rs.7,000/- before this Court through Demand Draft. Hence, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the application to restore the suit if it is otherwise in order and list the same for physical hearing on 5.03.2021.
