Respondents Prayer :- This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records on the file of the second respondent herein in Charge Memo in Na.Ka.No.A9/4779/2012 dated 28.01.2013 and quash the same.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel for the Petitioner has stated that the impugned order of the second respondent dated 28.01.2013, challenged in the writ petition has been subsequently dropped by proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2028/2017 dated 24.01.2019.

2. A perusal of the proceedings dated 24.01.2019 shows that based on the detailed report of the Enquiry Officer, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the charges framed against the petitioner has been dropped and he was exonerated from all the charges, hence, no further adjudication is required.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking note of the subsequent order of the 2nd respondent dated 24.01.2019, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
