Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondents herein to measure the boundaries bearing S.No. 303/4 as per revenue records belongs to the petitioner which is situated in Ulipuram Village and Post, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2015.

Mr.V. Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

Claiming title to the property situated in S.No. 303/4, in Ulipuram Village & Post, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 25.09.2015 seeking measurement of the said property. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

Considering the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2015, with regard to the relief sought, direction is issued to respondents 3 and 4 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the said representation, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to third parties, if any. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
