Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 27.04.2024.

ORDER

The case of the petitioner is that some of the officials of the respondent Department have colluded with the sixth respondent/Contractor and her husband and had committed several misconduct. Therefore, a representation dated 27.04.2024 is made by the petitioner.

2. In matters of disciplinary enquiry, it is within the domain of the employer. A person can make a complaint, but that will not give a concomitant right to approach this Court by way of a mandamus.

3. In that view of the matter, it is for the respondent Department to look into the said complaint dated 27.04.2024 and act in accordance with law.

4. With the above observations, the writ petition stands
