O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 15.02.2016 in I.A. No. 39 of 2016 in O.S. No. 78 of 2011 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Madurantakam.

2. The petitioner has filed the suit in O.S. No. 78 of 2011 for declaration and permanent injunction. Today, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the suit has been dismissed for default on 17.02.2017 by the trial court and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the present revision petition.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
