2. When the matter was listed on 09.03.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to post the matter on 10.03.2021 under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Despite the matter is listed today (i.e.10.03.2021) under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option but to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
