This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings in Crime No.363 of 2011 on the file of the Inspector of Police, B-2, Esplanade Police Station, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the de-facto complainant and the accused in Crime No.363 of 2011, appear to have arrived at a compromise in the Lok Adalat held on 23.11.2013.

In view of above submission, this petition is allowed and the FIR is quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
