Though this petition is filed seeking extension of time for payment of costs as ordered by us on 25.04.2024, the learned Government Pleader, Puducherry has passed on a demand draft for a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the counsel for the respondent.

2.The said payment is treated as in compliance with the order dated 25.04.2024. Hence, this petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
