O R D E R

The Plaintiff in O.S.No.235 of 2009, on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, has come up with this petition to fix outer time limit for disposal of the proceedings.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The notes paper produced by the petitioner indicates that the suit was adjourned from time to time for filing written statement of the sixth defendant. The petitioner is aged about 67 years. The suit was instituted way back in the year 2009, for partition. There is no point in keeping the suit pending under the pretext of filing written statement by the sixth defendant. The learned trial Judge, ought to have proceeded further.

4. The learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.235 of 2009, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 31st March 2017.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
