ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 AM until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5710 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5710 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020. to report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 AM until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30. a,m until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.
