O R D E R

Seeking disbursement of educational loan to continue his studies in the college, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that a letter has been addressed to the petitioner on 11.12.2015 which was received by him on the very same day asking for certain particulars. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner would provide those particulars to the respondent Bank.

4.In reply to that, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that on receipt of the particulars to be furnished by the petitioner, the application would be processed and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. 5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
