(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed extend the time by two weeks to surrender and comply with the conditions as per the order dated 15.09.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13372 of 2020 by this Court.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and fifteen days is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
