The limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition is to consider his representation dated 06.03.2013 seeking for disbursement of General Provident fund, etc.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in identical circumstances, this Court by an order dated 04.07.2012 passed in WP.No.9519/2012, directed the respondent to disburse the General Provident Fund, etc. to the petitioner therein.

3. On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that since the vigilance enquiry is pending, necessary approval has to be obtained prior to disbursement of the claim made by the petitioner.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a copy of his representation along with a copy of the order dated 04.07.2012 passed in WP.No.9519 of 2012 within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondent is directed to consider the same on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law and also in the light of the order passed by this Court dated 04.07.2012 in W.P.No.9519 of 2012, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. In view of the direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
