Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, directing the respondents to call for the records of the Tender-Cum-Auction Notice Proceedings in Na.Ka.No. A6/8004/2007 dated 05.07.2013 on the file of the 1st Respondent relating to the 24 shops under construction at Anna Central Additional Bus Terminus, Pollachi, as alleged to be published in the Tamil Newspaper "Thee Kathir" dated 10.07.2013 and all further proceedings taken to that and quash the same as unconditional, and consequently direct the 1st respondent to conduct re-tender cum Public Auction after giving appropriate notice in any of the widely circulated Tamil News Papers. The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to call for the records of the Tender-Cum-Auction Notice Proceedings in Na.Ka.No. A6/8004/2007 dated 05.07.2013 on the file of the 1st Respondent relating to the 24 shops under construction at Anna Central Additional Bus Terminus, Pollachi, as alleged to be published in the Tamil Newspaper "Thee Kathir" dated 10.07.2013 and all further proceedings taken to that and quash the same as unconditional, and consequently direct the 1st respondent to conduct re-tender cum Public Auction after giving https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The respondents have filed counter affidavit stating that the works were already entrusted to persons who are well versed in construction works. Now the works are completed and the shops were already leased out.

3. In view of the factual stand taken by the respondents in the counter affidavit, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
