ORDER
Heard Mr.V.Ramana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Gunaraj, learned counsel, who accepts notice for the respondents and with the consent of parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner seeks for shifting of transformer, which has already been installed and energized.
3. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent Board submitted that the Board does not choose the place for locating the transformer based on properties, but it is only based on "load center".
4. In any event, the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2015 is pending before the authorities and the second respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the said representation, on merits and in accordance with law, and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
