PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the concerned records from the 1st Respondent, to quash the order of the 1st respondent dated 03.02.2014 bearing No. HR:ICT 3273 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to hold election by open ballot to decide the majority status between the Petitioner Association and the 2nd Respondent within the time frame stipulated by this Court and thereafter hold discussion with the Association which has the majority regarding the matters relating to the welfare of SC/ST Employees of the 1st Respondent Bank in the Chennai circle and by holding structured Quarterly Meetings regularly in terms of clause 13.6, chapter 13 of the Brochure.
