This application has been filed to receive the following documents 1 to 12 as Additional Documents in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant prays to allow this application to receive the documents and to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the additional documents in the above suit.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that emboldened by the closure of the police complaint, the applicant has now created the forged documents and filed the same without providing sufficient reason for filing the documents before this court. He further submitted that the suit documents along with documents namely 1, 2 and 7 should be sent to forensic department for verification before receiving the same as documents. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and arguments adduced on either side, in the interest of justice, this court is inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

6. The matter is referred to the Main Master for recording evidence from both the parties.

7. The parties are directed to extend their co-operations for recording evidence as early as on or before 08.07.2022.

8. The Master is directed to submit the report along with the deposition and documents if any marked by both the parties.
