PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling upon the records relating to G.O.(Ms) No.252, School Education (Q) Department, dated 05.10.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to convert the marks obtained in Teachers Eligibility Test from 150 marks to 60 marks (weightage marks) and award weightage marks for experience of the candidates and employment office seniority and thereafter re-evaluate the marks of the candidates including that of the petitioner and refix the rank before proceeding with the selection and appointment of Graduate Assistants.
