No.2120 of 2016: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the fifth respondent in Na.Ka.No.15942/2015/L1 dated 24.11.2015, quash the same and further direct the respondents 2 to 5 to refund the recovery amount made from the petitioner. Prayer in W.P. No.2121 of 2016: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 5 herein to continue to pay Family Pension to the petitioner treating the petitioner's husband last drawn pay scale at 3700-125-4950-150-5700 and corresponding pay scale based on subsequent Pay Commission Recommendations.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to challenge the subsequent order.
