C O M M O N O R D E R The interlocutory application filed by the petitioner to condone the delay in filing the statutory appeal is under challenge in CRP (Pd)No.3327 of 2016. Similarly, the order dismissing the application to condone the delay of 114 days in filing the appeal is under challenge in CRP (Pd) No.3328 of 2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. These civil revision petitions are connected to the revision petitions disposed of by this Court by order dated 30.09.2016 in CRP (Pd) Nos.3074 and 3075 of 2016. This Court directed the Trial Court to decide the admissibility and relevancy of the document marked as exhibit. In view of the order passed by this Court disposing the revision petitions in CRP (Pd) Nos.3074 and 3075 of 2016, there is no question of interfering with the order passed by the Trial Court declining to condone the delay. The order passed by this Court, dated 30 September 2016 would cover the issue raised by the petitioner before the Trial Court pertaining to which the present revision petitions are filed.
4. In the result, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 26.10.2016 Index:Yes/No svki To The Principal Sub-Court, Coimbatore.
