J., It is seen from records that right from the academic year 2017 - 2018, this Court has been passing orders every year permitting the petitioner institution to admit the students, as per the sanctioned strength. Therefore, a similar order can be passed in this writ Miscellaneous petition also.

Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner institution to admit the students as per the sanctioned strength for the academic year 2021-2022 also. The admissions made by the petitioner institution will be, subject to the final result in the writ petition.
