When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners that the complaint registered against the petitioners herein in Crime No.106 of 2015 on the file of the Pallapatti Police Station and subsequently, the case was transferred to the file of the Kannakurichi Police Station and renumbered as Crime No.88 of 2015; thus, now this petition has become infructuous and he is not pressing this petition.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
