Alleging that the order of this Court dated 08.10.2018 passed in W.P. No.26132 of 2018 has not been complied with by the respondent, the present Contempt Petition came to be filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of the Court has been complied with. She has also produced a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT. P No.1291 of 2019 copy of the proceedings of the respondent bearing Na.Ka m3/4099/2018, dated 07.01.2019, to that effect.

3. The said submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
