2.Mr.Y.Jyothish Chander, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that he has filed vakalat for 1st respondent on 07.09.2021 and he has no objection for restoring the Civil Revision Petition, provided the counsel for the petitioner argues the Civil Revision Petition immediately.

3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, C.M.P.No.15558 of 2021 is ordered and C.R.P.(NPD)No.1557 of 2017 and C.M.P. No.7227 of 2017 are restored to file.

4.At request of counsel for petitioner, post the C.R.P. for hearing on 01.11.2021.
